Red Velvet Cupcakes! The EASIEST and BEST RED VELVET Cupcake Recipe you will find ANYWHERE! Light, fluffy, moist and delicious Red Velvet cupcakes, perfect when frosted with our Cream Cheese Frosting. I tried SO many recipes to get this one, and it is perfect for cakes, cupcakes and giant cupcakes. It’s the cupcake base recipe you’ll see me use throughout our decorating tutorials, and I get lots of comments from people wanting my recipes. Just in time for Christmas, I hope you love my Red Velvet Cupcake Recipe and I would LOVE your feedback on this recipe below NOTE: I used Self Raising Flour in this recipe – It’s the main flour we use here in Australia but I have just found out it’s not so popular in other countries. SO if you are using plain or all purpose flour, just add an additional 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder and a small pinch of slat to this recipe. I’ll remember this for next time! I cooked in a fan forced oven @ 175 degrees celcius, or 350degrees faranheit for 12-15 minutes. Make sure you SUBSCRIBE to catch more great tutorials, including next weeks Cream Cheese Frosting tutorial! XX Happy Cupcake-ing! Video Rating: 4 / 5

In this video, Betty demonstrates (with the help of her miniature silver poodle, Remy) how to make a delicious, nutritious homemade dog treat. A few jars of baby food, some wheat germ, and powdered milk make these into cookies your dog can’t resist! Ingredients: 1 small jar carrot baby food 1 small jar turkey baby food 1 small jar beef baby food 1/3 cup wheat germ 1/4 cup powdered milk dash of salt In a medium-sized bowl, mix, 1 small jar of carrot baby food, 1 small jar of turkey baby food, 1 small jar of beef baby food, along with 1/3 cup wheat germ, and 1/4 cup powdered milk. You may add more powdered milk and/or wheat germ, if needed, for working this dough. Form the dough into small patties, and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. (I used some cooking oil spray on the baking pan, but it probably was unnecessary.) These dog cookies are wholesome and healthy, and you can control exactly what goes into them. Remy thinks your dog is going to like them! Happy Valentine’s Day from Betty, Rick & Remy! Video Rating: 4 / 5

Last day to vote for Betty on OWN: (Search: Betty) myown.oprah.com Thanks so much to all of you who voted for me. It is obvious that I don’t have a chance of being in the top 5, but your support has been impressive, and it means a lot to *me*! I love you all! ♥ In this video, Betty makes a variety of coke floats, using three flavors of ice cream and three types of soft drinks. Betty’s grandson, Carter chooses his own flavors. I made a “classic” Coke float by using vanilla ice cream and Coco-Cola. I also used chocolate ice cream with Big Red soda, and I used strawberry ice cream with Ale-8-One soda. Carter chose vanilla ice cream with Big Red soda. I hope you enjoy these summertime treats! –Betty Video Rating: 4 / 5
