Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies (Cup Measurement) Recipe レンジでチョコチップクッキー

Do you know that you can bake cookies in microwave? Just mix and microwave! Easy enough for kids to bake ;) I received so many requests for cup measurement… so I decided to make another video to answer that question. But I personally don’t prefer to measure it with cup because the cup measurement differs depending on the country you live. In this video, I will use metric cup (1cup = 250ml). So, if your cup has a different measurement, please measure by milliliters! If you want to know gram or ounce measurement, please watch this video. www.youtube.com PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN YOUR COOKIES!!! Cooking time depends on the heat (wattage) of your microwave. ——————————— Microwave Cookies (Metric Cup Measurement) Difficulty: Very Easy Time: 15min Number of servings: 24 cookies Note: 1cup = 250ml or 250cc Ingredients: 1/2cup = 125ml butter (softened) *100g (3.5oz.) 1/4cup = 62.5ml granulated sugar 1 egg 1cup = 250ml cake flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4cup = 62.5ml chocolate chips Directions: 1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy, add egg and mix well. 2. Sift cake flour and baking powder in 1. and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well again. 3. Drop 4 cookie dough at a time by tablespoon onto parchment paper on microwavable plate or tray. *You don’t want to burn your plate, so please line with the parchment paper. 4. Cooking With Grandma – Casserole Cooking with Grandma Gigi

With 8-year-old Olivias assistance, Gloria Smith (Gigi to her granddaughter) prepares a dish she calls Plantation Casserole. Gloria, who is hyperglycemic, has been making it since her kids were little, because she wanted to prepare something healthy. This recipe, if developed today, would not be named Plantation Casserole, nor would it be deemed especially healthy. But neither of those things matters between Gloria and Olivia; what matters is how hard you pack the cheese, whether theres nasty garlic in there, and how difficult it is to chop pecans.
