Trifle Ingredients: 1 x 250g punnet of blackberries 1 x 250g punnet of raspberries 2 bananas, sliced Packet of trifle sponges 500g pot of good quality custard 285ml pot double cream, lightly whipped Hundreds and thousands for decoration Method: Layer a bowl with the trifle sponges. Layer the fruit over the sponge. Pour custard over fruit and sponge. Leave to cool completley before spreading the whipped cream over the top and topping with hundreds and thousands.
