Everyone knows how notorious my sweet tooth is. I am simply a dessert diva to heart. I remember the first time I had home made fudge. It was in the 5th grade and a classmate’s parent had made fudge for out valentines party. I remember the other kids going nuts over the usual sweetheart candies, and cards. Meanwhile I was in love with the fudge. The rich creamy delight had quickly became a favorite of mine after that. Unfortunately, no one I knew( other than my classmates parent) knew how to make fudge. The closest I got to home made fudge was at our local See’s Candy Store, and my mother surely wasn’t going to jump up and get it for me every time I has asked for it. To make a long story short, I eventully found a easy recipe for fudge. Since then I have recipes, however I want to start of with the easiest one in consideration of our cooking newbies. With this recipe I don’t use any nuts. I used peanut butter chips since my hubby doesn’t care for nuts. You can replace the peanut butter chips for your choice or nuts.
