SUBSCRIBE TO MY COOKING CHANNEL, NEW VIDEOS EVERY MONDAY AND FRIDAY: www.youtube.com FOLLOW ME ON FACEBOOK: www.facebook.com FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER: twitter.com Ingredients for cupcakes: (makes 12) 2/3 cup of caster sugar 120g butter (room temperature) 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups of self raising flour 1 teaspoon of vanilla extra 1/2 cup of sour cream 1 cup of shredded apple (squeeze out excess water) 1 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 teaspoon of cinnamon Ingredients for toffee: 1 cup of caster sugar 1/2 cup of water (it will take about 10-15 mins simmering to make) I didn’t leave it long enough as I was impatient!!! Ingredients for icing: 2 1/2 cups of icing sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter 1 teaspoon of caramel flavouring milk to get the consistency you desire (about 1/8 of a cup) red food colouring Bake in fan forced oven @ 160 degrees celsius, 180 non-fan forced for about 15-20 mins. Check them by inserting a skewer into the centre. When it comes out clean, they are ready. Each oven is very different so after 15 mins, keep an eye on them ![]()
